Browsing and necessary storage
There are no public visitor accounts. When you save filters or comparison choices, a necessary session cookie connects your browser to those choices. Sessions expire when the browser closes or after at most 24 hours. Your analytics choice is stored separately in your browser. Blocking cookies may prevent choices from persisting; direct page and comparison links remain available.
Optional analytics
If Google Analytics is configured for the public site, it is loaded only after you accept analytics. Rejecting analytics does not prevent reading, filtering, comparing or visiting retailers. We measure page and guide views, comparison actions, AI sections opened and retailer clicks. A retailer click is not recorded as a purchase.
What we leave out of analytics
Our event code does not send contact messages, email addresses, prescriptions, photographs, session identifiers, raw AI answers or complete retailer tracking URLs. Page locations are stripped of query strings and fragments. Google processes analytics requests under its own policies. Advertising features and advertising consent remain disabled.
Change your choice
Use Cookie settings at any time to reject or withdraw analytics consent. We stop subsequent events and clear analytics cookies we can control on this site. Withdrawal does not automatically erase information already sent to Google. Browser blocking and connection failures can also affect measurement.
Contact and correction requests
The contact form stores your email, chosen topic and message so the operator can handle your request. A keyed, non-reversible representation of the connection address is used to limit repeated submissions. Do not send prescriptions, face photos, identity documents or payment information. Contact records are scheduled for deletion after 90 days.
Operational records and outside sites
The hosting infrastructure may process connection information for delivery, security and troubleshooting. Backups follow the operator's retention schedule. Retailer and AI-service websites have their own privacy practices when you visit them. We do not control their cookies or forms.
Requests and questions
Use the contact form and select Privacy request to ask about a message you have submitted or request its deletion. Include only the details needed to locate your request. The operator may need to verify ownership of the email before disclosing or changing personal information.
